Effective February 1, 2016, we are implementing a $5.00 per person annual tasting fee.

Red Wines

  • Two Shades of Red
    Our Bordeaux style blend of 2013 Merlot and Cabernet Franc wines. Just the right balance of fruit and tannin makes this wine a very versatile wine when it comes to food pairings.
  • This and That Red
    A dry red blend of Noiret, Merlot and Cab Franc. As the name implies, this blend will be different from the next!!
  • Cabernet Franc 2017 Gold Medal winner at Indy International Wine Competition
    A medium bodied wine that is both savory and spicy. Cab Franc is a parent grape to Cabernet Sauvignon.
  • Marquette
    Our Marquette is a medium body red table wine. We blended grapes we harvested from our vineyard in with Michigan Marquette. Marquette is a cold hardy hybrid released by the University of Minnesota in 2006 and has Pinot Noir in its parentage. Try it with tomato based pasta and sausage!!
  • Malbec 2016 Bronze Medal winner at the Indy
    Produced from premium California grapes and aged for one year in French Oak. This wine has soft tannins and pairs perfectly with lean meat.
  • Tempranillo 2017 Bronze Medal winner at Indy
    A grape of Spanish origin. This wine was aged for one year in Minnesota oak. Subtle hints of leather and vanilla in the aroma and black cherry flavors with distinct tannins on the tongue.
  • Petite Sirah 2017 Bronze Medal winner at the Indy
    Also, known as Durif. Our Petite Sirah is big and bold with huge tannins.

White Wines

  • Chardonnay
    Our Chardonnay is full-bodied and un-oaked. It has a crisp fruitiness of apples, pears and citrus. It pairs well with poultry, pork or seafood.
  • Riesling
    This dry Riesling was produced from Washington State grapes and pairs well with fish, shrimp, Asian food, citrusy salads, etc.
  • Pinot Grigio
    A semi-dry that pairs well with chicken, light pasta and seafood.
  • Vignoles
    Slightly sweet to balance the crisp acidity. Flavors of citrus, pineapple and apricot.
  • Traminette 2016 Silver Medal winner at Indy International Wine Competition
    Traminette is a white wine made from a hybrid grape bred by Cornell University to survive harsh mid-western winters. This hybrid grape, produced from Gewurztraminer and J.S. 23-416 has a fragrant aroma and a floral taste. Traminette has a spicy fruit characteristic with nice citrus overtones. Our Traminette is a semi-sweet wine that is wonderful with turkey, chicken, pork and Asian cuisine. On November 24, 2009, the Indiana department of agriculture, tourism office and the Indiana Wine Grape Council rolled out Traminette as the state’s “Signature Wine”.
  • This and That White
    A sweet white blend featuring our Frontenac Gris grapes. As the name implies, this blend will be different from the next.
  • Moscato
    Our sweetest white wine.

Fruit Wines

  • Cherry Wine
    This cherry wine is produced from both our own and Michigan’s Montmorency cherries. It has a hint of cinnamon and cloves and a sweetness that is perfectly balanced by the fruits natural acidity.
  • Apple Wine with Cherry Juice added
    A delicate blend of apple and cherry with just a hint of cinnamon.
  • Strawberry Wine
    Bring back summertime with a glass of Indiana grown strawberries. Wonderful strawberry aroma and flavor.
  • Black Velvet 2017 Bronze Medal winner at Indy
    Produced from locally grown, organic blackberries.
  • Blueberry Wine
    Bursting with fresh Indiana blueberry flavor.

Sweet Wines

  • Red Sensation
    A sensational sweet red wine produced from a blend of hybrid red grapes. This wine is excellent with chocolate desserts.
  • Make Me Blush
    This wine is a blend of Concord and 3 white wines that come together to form pleasure in a bottle. A very well balanced blend of sweetness and acidity.
