The pruning of the apple trees is progressing and I think up to date.  The wine is aging and from the barrel samples we have tasted, it’s going very well.  We took barrel samples of the Noiret and Cabernet Franc that we made last fall to the IN Horticulture Congress in January.   It was a blind taste and they were both well received.  We are very excited to bottle and introduce them to our guests next fall.  We have had a few events here this winter and those attending seemed to have a great time.  We did the tour of the cellar besides the tastings.  Now we are preparing for our grand opening on Saturday, April 30, 2011.  Will give more details as things progress.
